My trip to Thailand marked the start of my second year as a digital nomad. Back in Southeast Asia. I had one goal in mind: to finally discover the country everyone talks about. To explore it, and form my own impressions.
I began in the south, with its islands and postcard-perfect beaches. First Krabi, then Koh Lanta, where I tried KoHub, the island’s legendary coworking space. From there, I made my way north to Chiang Mai, Thailand’s hub of wellness, meditation retreats, and digital nomad life (with of course the famous Alt Chiang Mai).
Over the course of three months, I also stopped in Chiang Rai, Bangkok, and Ayutthaya… and even, more unexpectedly, Phuket and Pattaya.
